THE COCA-COLA LONDON EYE
Since 2016 I have been working on the social strategy for the London Eye and writing the weekly #EyeLoveLondon blog.
I also work with the other London Merlin group attractions on seasonal campaigns such as Halloween and Valentine's - creating themed social content and coming up with design briefs and creative copy to take campaigns cross-channel.

For nearly three years I have been supporting leading online travel retailer lastminute.com Group with internal and external communications - policies, newsletters and online content. I have become their go-to copywriter for the different brands and teams across the globe.
I work closely with their internal media agency, the Travel People, running their LinkedIn account, writing articles, case studies and sales decks.
Foxes Academy and Foxes Hotel are based a couple of miles down the road from the Thoughtfully office in Somerset. They're a truly inspirational organisation - setting the benchmark as a specialist catering and training college for young adults with learning disabilities. In 2015 a three-part documentary series all about them - The Special Needs Hotel - was shown on Channel 5.
It's a pleasure to have started working for them, firstly creating the Academy's 2018 social media planner and more recently writing the copy for their Spring and Summer 2018 newsletters.
CHESSINGTON WORLD OF ADVENTURES RESORT
After working for the company as the Resort Marketing Manager, then leaving to set up Thoughtfully, they brought me back as a freelance project manager.
In 2013, the theme park resort decided to make an early exit from their franchise agreement with InterContinental Hotels. They wanted to rebrand the hotel, becoming the fully-themed Chessington Resort with two African style hotels, complete with a savannah! I project managed the franchise exit including the full online and offline rebrand, and the changing over of the hotel systems.

PARK PLAZA HOTELS AND RESORTS
On a bi-monthly basis, Park Plaza Hotels and Resorts produce London Revealed magazine which goes into all of their hotel rooms and online. It contains travel stories, features on their bars and restaurants, live entertainment listings and interviews. I project manage the production - writing, editing and creating the design brief, working with designer Angela Lyons.
Re-writing hotel and destination listings to optimise them for sales on Secret Escapes.
